Mary’s Philosophy on Humans at Work

The true spirit of my work is to help humble and diligent people at work to embody a heartfelt confidence and gladness that comes from being held in reverence for being the precious resources they are; to help people at work to feel an awe-inspiring connection with the creative energy that comes from fully absorbing the vast potentiality for great and noble achievement through work, that is a function of simply being human.

It’s my intention to radically transform how corporations view their employees, with reverence for the precious Human resources they are.

For me, at work it is imperative to demonstrate a Reverence for Life, as it is expressed through the labor of my fellow Human beings; to embrace the sacredness of relationships at work and the contributions people make through their work, so that people find more meaning and more joy, and get their Human needs met, in a way that can only be met through contribution, so that we can all work more productively, harmoniously and effectively, for the good of the planet.
